# Optimize

> Durable change records — from Monitoring gaps and page audits to something your team can ship.

**Optimize** is the queue of concrete changes UX Report recommends for your
site and story. Each item is a **change record**: diagnosis, proposed change,
destination pages, and status.

In the sidebar: **Optimize → Change records** (route `/improvements`).

## Where change records come from

| Source | How |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Monitoring** | Open a gap → **See why you’re missing** → review Intent Diagnosis → save change record(s) |
| **Page audits** | Accept a finding into Optimize (**Optimize → Page audits**) |

Intent Diagnosis explains *why* a buyer question fails (for example missing
surface, weak page, thin evidence) and proposes one or more changes. Proposals
are grounded in your Site Map — including when you need a new surface (blog,
pricing, product page) before polishing the homepage.

## What you’ll see

* Title and diagnosis summary
* Proposed change (what to do)
* Destination page(s) when the change attaches to existing URLs
* Status as you work the queue
* Agent brief export for handing work to tools or teammates

## Typical flow

1. Find a gap in **Monitoring → Overview** or a finding in **Optimize → Page audits**.
2. Review the diagnosis and proposed change.
3. Confirm into **Optimize**.
4. Ship the change in your CMS, codebase, or via your agent workflow.
5. Optionally validate with [Experiments](/product/experiments).
