# Pages

> Connect page citations, bot access, AI referrals and authority with practical improvements.

Open **Analytics → Pages**. This is an owned-page inventory from saved audits, observed citations, bot logs and GA4, not a guaranteed complete crawl of the website.

## Find pages to improve

Search URLs, filter by tags or issues, sort metrics, or group by directory. The table shows up to 100 rows per page; pagination appears only when there are more than 100 results. Export the current report to CSV. Hover or focus a page row to reveal **Visit**. Dotted column titles explain metrics on hover/focus.

| Metric | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Bot readability | Saved HTML/robots check; does not execute JavaScript or prove indexing |
| Citations / share / rank | URL evidence in monitored answers; share includes external URLs in the denominator, rank is within this observed set |
| Bot requests / HTTP errors | Observed requests in connected logs; crawler visits are not citations |
| AI sessions / business actions | Identifiable GA4 referrals and the primary action selected in AI Traffic |
| Page / Domain Authority | External estimates of link-based ranking strength, not AI recommendation scores |
| Brand Authority | External brand-strength estimate, separate from our visibility observations |
| Linking root domains | Distinct domains linking to the page in the saved provider result |

## Inspect and act

Open a page to inspect saved answer evidence, bot identities/activity, readability, authority and backlinks. Manage tags, open or start an audit, review related Opportunities or create one from supported evidence. Saving an Opportunity does not change or publish the website.

## Freshness and missing data

The **Information** icon holds source windows, metric definitions, quota and cache details. Missing sources show — rather than zero. Authority data is requested explicitly and reused for 30 days; readability checks are cached for 24 hours. The current enrichment connection uses a shared Moz Free budget of at most 50 rows per provider billing period across all workspaces. A metric check reserves one row; a backlink batch reserves five. Reopening saved data does not consume more rows.

A connection being configured does not guarantee data exists for every URL. See [Data integrations](/product/data-integrations).
