# Plans & seats

> Free, Pro, and Agency — org-billed workspaces, seats, and roles.

Plans are billed on the **organization (workspace)**, not per person. Every
account works inside an active workspace; projects, monitoring usage, and
invites belong to that org.

You can **create one company workspace**. The same email can still **join other
workspaces via invite** and switch between them after sign-in.

## Plans

| **Agency** | Unlimited | Higher project / audit / monitoring caps for multi-site work                           |

Agency is a **capacity** tier. Seats support team collab — they are not the
Agency product story.

## Roles

| Role         | Typical user        | Can                                                              |
| ------------ | ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**    | Buyer / lead        | Billing, invites, all projects, Deploy / Agent keys              |
| **Operator** | Content / PMM / SEO | Monitoring, Place / Approve, Measure, audits — not Deploy / keys |
| **Builder**  | Eng                 | Operator surfaces + Deploy, apply connection, Agent keys         |

## Project visibility

A **project is one site**. Admins always see every project in the workspace.
Operators and Builders only see projects the Admin grants in **Settings → Team**.
New projects stay hidden from non-admins until they are explicitly shared.

Admins manage members, roles, and project access in **Settings → Team**.
