Prerequisites
- A UX Report account
- An active workspace (organization) — created or joined on first sign-in
- A project with your site URL
Steps

Sign in
Open app.ux.report and sign in. If you have no
workspace yet, create one company workspace (you can’t create another once
you’re already Admin elsewhere) or join via invite (Free includes 1 seat).

Create or pick a project
Use the project switcher in the sidebar. Projects belong to your workspace.
New projects start from your site URL and brand context.

Run Monitoring
Open Monitoring → Overview. Approve or edit the suggested buyer
questions, then run a check to see where AI cites or skips you. Use
Technical health when you need crawl/readiness checks.

Diagnose a gap
From a miss, use See why you’re missing for an intent-level diagnosis,
or open Optimize → Page audits on a specific URL for people + machines
findings.

Save change records
Confirm proposed changes into Optimize — durable change records you can
hand to your team or agents.
