Plans are billed on the organization (workspace), not per person. Every account works inside an active workspace; projects, monitoring usage, and invites belong to that org. You can create one company workspace. The same email can still join other workspaces via invite and switch between them after sign-in.

Project visibility

A project is one site. Admins always see every project in the workspace. Operators and Builders only see projects the Admin grants in Settings → Team. New projects stay hidden from non-admins until they are explicitly shared. Admins manage members, roles, and project access in Settings → Team.
