Plans are billed on the organization (workspace), not per person. Every account works inside an active workspace; projects, monitoring usage, and invites belong to that org. The first workspace is created at signup. Additional organizations require an Agency Admin; Free and Pro Admins add projects within their workspace. You can join other workspaces by invite.

Project visibility

A project is one site. Admins always see every project in the workspace. View members only see projects the Admin grants in Settings → Team. New projects stay hidden from non-admins until they are explicitly shared. Admins manage members, roles, and project access in Settings → Team. Brand voice and company files live in Knowledge (below Analytics), not on the billing page.
